Welcome to Align Run Co. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, coaching services, and other offerings (collectively, the “Services”), operated by Clara Dillon Run Company, LLC (DBA Align Run Co.), a Colorado limited liability company.
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or engage in any Align Run Co. Services. We reserve the right to refuse service to minors and any individual we determine to be ineligible.
Services
We provide virtual running and performance coaching. All Services are delivered virtually and require active client participation via the Final Surge platform.
Payment and Billing
The Commitment: To establish a true physiological foundation, our flagship coaching partnership requires an initial four (4) month minimum commitment. By purchasing, you agree to fulfill the entirety of this four-month financial obligation.
Recurring Billing: Services are billed monthly on a recurring basis via Stripe [or Squarespace Payments]. You authorize Align Run Co. to automatically charge your selected payment method each month
Cancellation & Refund Policy: No refunds, early cancellations, training pauses, or account transfers are permitted during the initial four-month term. After the initial four months, cancellations require a 14-day written notice prior to your next billing cycle. Extenuating circumstances are subject to the sole discretion and approval of Align Run Co.
Health and Medical Disclaimer
Our coaching and training guidance are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Endurance running is a high-stress physical activity. You should consult with a physician or qualified health professional before beginning any training. Use of our Services is entirely at your own risk.
Client Responsibilities
By using our Services, you agree to provide accurate athletic data, maintain an active and updated Final Surge account, communicate physical limitations or pain promptly, and follow safety precautions as recommended by your coach.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, including non-payment or a breach of these Terms.
Intellectual Property
All content, proprietary training methodologies, branding, and materials available through Align Run Co. are the property of Clara Dillon Run Company, LLC and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clara Dillon Run Company, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential injuries, health-related outcomes, or specific training results.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
